Dear guest(s)-to-be
We request you to read our House Rules before going any further with the booking. If you're happy to comply with them, then we're happy to have you stay with us

1. There is no high speed broadband internet or television - enjoy the outdoors, give yourself a digital detox.
2.
No shoes inside the house. It helps keep the house clean. House slippers are provided in each room but they must not to be taken outdoors.
3. Smokers, please use ashtrays provided outside. Indoor spaces are smoke free zones.
4. Please respect meal timings. Being a farm-house, there's lots to keep us busy. Meals will be served at the following timings:
    Breakfast 08:30 / 9:00am
    Lunch 1:00pm
    Dinner from 8:00pm
    Evening Tea 3:30 to 4:30.
5. There is no room service, kindly refrain from carrying any meals or beverages to your rooms.
6. After your bath, please hang towels outside on the railings or towel rack (not in your room / bathroom). They dry quicker and better. And you won't have to ask for a fresh towel because yours is still damp.
7.
Stay safe: Switch off electric blankets (if using) before going to sleep. Switch off bathroom underfloor heating (if using) before taking a bath. Do not let your young children wander unattended. While outdoors, look where you're walking.
8. Be eco-friendy, respect shared amenities. Switch off all lights and check bathroom taps before going to bed and before leaving your room.
9. Use of the snooker table requires a refundable deposit of 3000/- per person, to cover damages. Children below 18 not allowed.
10. The games room is available between 10:00 am and 10.00 pm.
11. Himalayan Orchard is a working farm, with animals, tools and machinery. You are advised to take out your own insurance to cover accidents and injury. The nearest clinic is a 20 minute drive away in Kiari.
12. Your reservation will be confirmed only after a booking fee deposit (which is 50% of the total amount due).
                                                                 REFUND POLICY

 1. We refund the entire amount (of the booking deposit) if you cancel 4 weeks in advance.
 2. We refund 50% of the deposit if you cancel 2 weeks in advance.
 3.
Alternately, guests can reschedule their visit anytime within the next 365 days (one year) of their cancelled
visit provided we have space available. This applies only if a guest cancels and reschedules at least 7 days in
     advance.

 4. No refund if cancelled after that.
 5. Additionally, y
ou will be charged 100% of the daily tariff if you decide to cut short your visit while on the premises.

We need to do this for a number of reasons and hope our guests understand this:
  (a) Since we are remotely located, guests make their reservations well in advance.
  (b) We're not a big resort, i.e we have limited space. Therefore, once a guest has booked, we have to refuse /
turn away other potential guests against making a reservation.

                                                       Thank you for your understanding.
