Rooms at Himalayan Orchard range from charmingly elegant to simple and rustic, each furnished with care and individuality. No two are alike — the décor is personal, shaped by the space and the bric-a-brac we've acquired over the years.
Rooms are grouped into three categories, based on size, views, and bathroom access.
We host just a few guests at a time, and are especially suited to those seeking time for reflection, walking, or writing — or simply for being still.
Category A – Ensuite Rooms
Spacious and well-appointed rooms, in a different parts of the farm buildings:
Valley View – Upper-level room with views across the valley.
Green Wing – A room with windows on 2 sides, overlooking an orchard.
Orchard View & Forest View – A set of rooms converted from a hay-loft, named for their views, warm and quiet.
Entrance leads out to a large shared semi-covered patio & study.
Big Blue – A triple-bed room with forest views, ideal for friends or a small family.
Single occupancy: ₹3500 - ₹4,500/night
Double occupancy:₹6,000–₹7,000/night
Triple occupancy: ₹9,500/night
Category B – Semi-Ensuite Rooms
Comfortable rooms with either attached or private external bathrooms:
The Cheese Room – Large and airy, with orchard views, a private external washroom, and an attached galley kitchen.
The Wood-Paneled Room – Small, warm, and lined with cedar; attached bathroom.
Single occupancy: ₹3,000/night
Double occupancy:₹5,000/night
Category C – Budget Singles with shared bathrooms
Rooms for solo travelers. Simple but charming
The Mud Room & The Cider Room – Modest rooms with a shared external bathroom.
Sky View – Mezzanine rooms in the yoga-shala, located in the forest, a 10-minute walk from the main house. Shared facilities.

Two home-cooked meals (breakfast & dinner) made with seasonal, homegrown produce — including cheese, butter, yoghurt, buttermilk, jams, jellies, wine, cider, and more (subject to availability).
Access to snooker, darts, table tennis, and games (billiards requires a refundable deposit).
Self-Catering Option
Cheese Room: ₹1,450/person/night (7 nights or more)
Shorter stays: ₹1,700/person/night
Additional guest: ₹650/night

No discounts for stays under 6 nights
Reservation confirmation: 50% deposit required
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early arrival or late departure: ₹1,500/person (half-day charge)
Discounts: 5% for stays 7+ nights | 10% for a month or more
