This is not a commercial-scale setup — just a working, rural kitchen where beer is brewed from scratch, the old way.
Michael demonstrates the process from malting grain to fermenting, bottling, and ageing, using simple tools and time-tested methods. Guests are invited to observe, ask questions, and taste from previous batches. We brew using Indian barley when available, often infusing with orchard fruit or herbs depending on the season.
